《建筑设计防火规范》、《消防电梯制造与安装安全规范》、《电梯制造与安装安全规范》中均对高层建筑物内消防电梯的设置和使用提出了具体的规定。但是目前许多建筑物内消防（员）电梯的设置极不规范，随意性太大。
