推进旧楼加装电梯 沟通障碍需要加强引导

贵阳电梯维修公司问题一直是老旧小区居民关注的话题。今年广州市两会中，“旧楼加装电梯”写入政府工作报告，成为了代表委员热议的话题。1月13日，广州市人大代表徐晓雯、市政协委员谭国戬做客“南都直播广州两会直播间”时表示，旧楼加装电梯每栋楼的难点都不尽相同，当前旧楼加装电梯的症结在于高层与低层住户的沟通出现障碍，需要政府加强引导。

市人大代表徐晓雯表示，广州中心城区的居民楼建设时间比较早，大多为九层以下，没有电梯的楼梯楼，加上中心城区老龄化人口分布较集中，荔湾、越秀、海珠三个老区老年人口占全市比重接近50%，旧楼加装电梯已经成为全社会关注的热点民生话题，市民反映由于指引不够清晰，大楼居民沟通不畅，往往难以推动，需要政府加大协调力度。

对于代表委员的建议和意见，广州市国规委有关负责人在今年市两会上回应，作为增设电梯的审批主体，全力推进增设电梯工作落地见效。截至2017年12月31日，市国规委系统共审批通过既有住宅增设电梯3000多宗。
